Data Collection

With the collection of sound, motion, green space, and social hub data this project was able to uncover the most popular and desired ares of the city.

GIS Heat Mapping using all recorded green space and social hub coordinates within the city

After inputting all the coordinates it becomes clear where the intersections of green spaces and social hubs are, making these areas the most desirable.

Sound Collection & Visualization

Using a handheld audio recorder, sounds of the space were captured and measured by length allowing noise frequency to be identified.

The Physicalization of sound & motion data

After analyzing the collected data, a physical representation of the 5 most popular intersection within the city were physicalized. Each represented by a 3D printed model depicting that space's sound and motion.
